Job summary

Student Cribs is the UK’s largest non-PBSA owner-operator, managing over 5300 beds across 24 university cities. We are expanding into professional lettings—targeting working professionals and key workers seeking high-quality accommodation.

London-based temporary role from May to September 2026 to support our Customer Service and Tenancy teams during busy lettings and handover seasons. You will handle calls, viewings, tenancy queries and assist contractors, ensuring a smooth tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across calls, live chat and email.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to processes.
• Calm demeanour in a busy lettings environment.
• Enthusiastic and willing to get involved in team tasks.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls, LiveChat messages, and email enquiries.
• Calling leads, booking viewings, and following up with prospective tenants.
• Managing daily calendars and organising the viewing process.
• Logging maintenance issues and coordinating with contractors.
• Travelling to cities for viewings, inspections, check-ins/check-outs, and occasional marketing support.
• Reviewing tenancy contracts and assisting tenants with contract and payment queries.
• Supporting check-in/check-out process to ensure a smooth tenant experience.
• Using internal systems to manage tasks and maintain records.
