Job summary

Student Cribs is the UK’s largest non-PBSA owner-operator, managing over 5300 beds across 24 university cities. As Portfolio Manager, you’ll oversee lettings, property management and customer service to hit rent income targets and keep properties looking their best.

You’ll manage our ambassador and agent network, lead the annual tenant handover each summer, ensure compliance and drive digital process rollouts while handling escalated issues.

Qualifications

• Team players who work well with a wide range of people.
• Strong budget management credentials and accountability.
• Confident, especially when talking on the phone.
• Adaptable to new tasks on a daily basis.
• Committed to excellent customer service from initial contact through tenancy end.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong HMO and/or PBSA sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Work across lettings, property management & customer service to keep the portfolio running smoothly.
• Hit and exceed rent income and expenditure targets.
• Ensure properties always look and feel their best.
• Manage ambassador and agent network to smash letting & financial goals.
• Lead the annual tenant handover each summer.
• Keeping us compliant, operationally sharp & ahead of the curve on market activity.
• Supporting the rollout of new digital processes & resolving escalated issues quickly.
