Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings for prospective tenants and guarantors.

• Report feedback from viewings to identify trends and opportunities.
• Respond to phone, email, and online enquiries promptly.
• Support progression of applicants from enquiry to signed tenancy.
• Assist with tenancy administration and documentation.
• Support marketing initiatives and local promotional activity.
• Provide feedback to City/Lettings Manager on market conditions.
• Assist during peak season with flexible working hours.
• Assist with tenant handover over the summer periods.

The Role

The Lettings Assistant plays a key frontline role in driving occupancy and enhancing the Student Cribs brand experience. You willbe responsible forconducting high-quality property viewings, converting enquiries into bookings, and supporting the wider city team to maximise lettings performance.This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where enthusiasm, energy, and attention to detail directly contribute to commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings to prospective tenants and guarantorsdelivering engaging and informative viewing experiences.

– Follow up promptly with prospective tenants to drive conversion.
