Job summary

Student Cribs Limited in Nottingham is seeking a Lettings Assistant to drive occupancy and enhance brand experience. You will conduct high-quality property viewings and convert enquiries into bookings, supporting the city team to maximise lettings performance.

This fast-paced, customer-facing role requires enthusiasm, energy, and attention to detail to contribute to commercial success. The position is a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 19:00,

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings for prospective tenants and guarantors.
• Follow up promptly with prospective tenants to drive conversion.
• Support the team in achieving occupancy and lettings targets.
• Report feedback from viewings to identify trends and opportunities.
• Respond to phone, email, and online enquiries promptly.
• Support progression of applicants from enquiry to signed tenancy.
• Assist with tenancy administration and documentation.
• Support marketing initiatives and local promotional activity.
• Provide feedback to City/Lettings Manager on market conditions.
• Assist during peak season with flexible working hours.
• Assist with tenant handover over the summer periods.
