Location: West Midlands, UK (On-site 4 days per week)

Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Start Date: 3rd November 2025

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Day Rate: Open to discussion

We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Solution Architect with deep expertise in Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Absence Management to join a large-scale transformation programme based in Birmingham. This is a key role in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Employee Central Payroll
  • Absence Management / Time Off
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural design and end-to-end solutioning of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, EC Payroll, and Absences.
  • Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SuccessFactors within the programme, ensuring alignment to best practices and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate business requirements into robust SuccessFactors architecture and design.
  • Oversee configuration, integration, and testing efforts related to EC, Payroll, and Absences.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP roadmap and recommend innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Support data migration, interface development, and system integration planning.
  • Work with change management teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
  • Provide governance and quality assurance across the design and build phases.
