QuestGates Ltd is seeking a Subsidence Technician to join our established subsidence team. You will own allocated cases from first notification to final resolution, coordinating specialists to investigate causes, assess damage and provide recommendations for settlements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of building-related claims and principles.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written, and IT literacy.
• Demonstrates integrity and leads by example.
• Willingness to progress towards CERT CILA / CERT CII certification.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate high level of technical quality and service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, clients and brokers.
• Participate as a team member, sharing knowledge and feedback.
• Triage and decide claims handling solutions using desktop handling and digital tools, instructing external surveyors.
• Utilise and complete IT claims management systems accurately.
• Communicate proactively with all relevant parties by the most effective means.
• Promote and support the TCF principles.
• Ensure adherence to contractual/client SLAs and KPIs.
• Be accountable for the satisfactory resolution of issues.
