Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is a UK-based loss adjusting firm strengthening its Subsidence Team. The role involves managing your own caseload of subsidence claims, desk-top handling using digital solutions, and coordinating with Surveying Engineers to arrange instructions.

You will liaise with clients and relevant parties to ensure smooth claims processing, providing a high standard of customer service and applying your subsidence knowledge while working to client SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Buildings/Subsidence claims handling experience.
• Insurance Principles knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work within a pressured and busy environment with strict deadlines.
• Excellent IT/Systems experience with a high level of competency.
• Industry qualifications CertCILA/Cert CII, working towards or the desire to complete.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of subsidence claims.
• Carry out desk-top handling using digital solutions
• Work closely with Surveying Engineers arranging instruction
• Liaise with all relevant parties ensuring the smooth management of the claims process
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Utilise your exceptional technical expertise demonstrating your subsidence knowledge
• Work to client SLA's and KPI's
