Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services in the UK is seeking a motivated Subsidence Claims Handler to manage a caseload of subsidence claims and provide high-quality customer service.

You will work with Surveying Engineers and other parties to ensure smooth claims progression, using digital tools and strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience handling buildings/subsidence claims.
• Knowledge of Insurance Principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong IT/Systems proficiency.
• Industry qualifications CertCILA and/or Cert CII; willingness to progress.
