Job summary

Sedgwick is recruiting a Claims Technician to manage subsidence claims UK-wide on a hybrid basis. You will act as the focal point for clients, guiding them from start to finish through the claims process with strong organisational and customer-focused approach.

You'll develop expertise within our Subsidence Services Division, receive training, and work with colleagues to deliver exceptional results while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience handling demanding customers sympathetically but firmly over the phone.
• Organisational, diligent work ethic with the ability to run tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex and large subsidence claims.
• Be the focal point for clients; guide them through the claims process from start to finish.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and make decisions based on the facts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
