Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking a qualified professional to manage subsidence claims across the UK. The role involves desktop handling through digital tools, coordinating with surveying engineers and liaising with all parties to ensure a smooth claims process.

The successful candidate will have Buildings/Subsidence claims handling experience, solid Insurance principles knowledge and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• Buildings/Subsidence claims handling experience.
• Knowledge of Insurance Principles.
• Exceptional communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work in a pressured, busy environment with strict deadlines.
• Excellent IT/Systems experience and data handling competency.
• Industry qualifications CertCILA/Cert CII, or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of subsidence claims.

• Utilise your exceptional technical expertise demonstrating your subsidence knowledge
