Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking an experienced professional to manage a caseload of subsidence claims. The role involves desk-top handling with digital tools and close collaboration with Surveying Engineers to coordinate instructions.

You will liaise with clients and all parties to ensure smooth claims progression, delivering high-quality customer service. Substantial subsidence knowledge and IT proficiency are essential as you work to deadlines and strict KPIs.

• Industry qualifications CertCILA/Cert CII, working towards or the desire to complete
