Job summary

Future Publishing Limited is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead the analytics agenda for its multi-brand subscription business. You will translate customer, marketing, and financial data into actionable commercial strategies, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, BI and Strategy teams to drive growth.

You will use SQL, BigQuery, Excel and Google Sheets to build models, monitor LTV and retention, and guide decisions across UK and US markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience turning customer and financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong grasp of subscription metrics, LTV, cohorts and retention.
• Ability to translate analytics into commercial action and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics agenda for the multi-brand subscription business.
• Translate datasets into clear commercial strategies with Marketing, Finance, BI and Strategy teams.
• Improve acquisition, retention, pricing and profitability through modelling.
• Build and maintain commercial models in Excel/Sheets; track LTV and cohorts.
• Mentor analysts and present insights to senior stakeholders across UK and US.
