Job summary

Future, a global leader in specialist media, is seeking a senior analytics professional to own the analytics agenda for our multi-brand subscription business. Based in London or Bath, you’ll translate customer, marketing and financial data into clear commercial strategies that improve acquisition, retention, pricing and profitability.

You’ll work with Marketing, Finance, BI and Strategy to build commercial models in Excel or Google Sheets, analyze lifetime value and churn using SQL and BigQuery,

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with subscription metrics (LTV, cohorts, retention).
• Ability to translate ambiguous commercial challenges into analytical frameworks.
• Excellent communication of technical insights to non-technical partners.
• Experience guiding, coaching, or managing analysts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subscription analytics: LTV, acquisition economics, churn and pricing.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance and Strategy to tie metrics to revenue.
• Build commercial models in Excel/Sheets to guide decisions.
• Explore large datasets with SQL and BigQuery to identify opportunities.
• Mentor and coach analysts to strengthen capabilities.
• Present accessible narratives and recommendations to senior leaders in UK and US.
