Job summary

Future is seeking a data-driven analytics leader to own the subscription analytics agenda across our multi-brand business. You will translate customer, marketing, and financial data into clear commercial strategies, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, BI, and Strategy teams to improve acquisition, retention, pricing, and profitability.

You will work daily with SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and Google Sheets, building models, tracking lifetime value, and guiding analysts to shape a forward-looking

Qualifications

• Proven experience turning customer and financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong grasp of subscription metrics including LTV, cohorts, and retention.
• Ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience guiding and mentoring analysts in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort communicating complex analyses to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subscription analytics across LTV, acquisition economics, churn, and pricing models.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Strategy to connect customer metrics to revenue and profitability.
• Build sophisticated commercial models in Excel or Google Sheets to guide decisions.
• Explore large datasets with SQL and BigQuery to identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor and coach analysts to strengthen technical and strategic capabilities.
• Present clear commercial narratives and recommendations to UK and US stakeholders.
