Based in our London or Bath offices, our team turns customer data into commercial recommendations. You'll join a collaborative environment focused on data-led innovation, retention strategy, and recurring revenue. This position offers a unique chance to shape commercial strategy across major UK and US markets.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, you'll manage the analytics agenda across our multi-brand subscription business. In this role, you'll translate customer, marketing, and financial datasets into clear commercial strategies. You'll work closely with Marketing, Finance, BI, and Strategy teams to improve acquisition, retention, pricing, and profitability.
On a daily basis, you'll explore complex datasets using SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and Google Sheets. You'll build commercial models, track customer lifetime value, and harness AI tools to enhance analytical workflows. Additionally, you'll guide and coach analysts to help build a forward-looking analytics function.
The expected range for this role is £80,000 - £95,000
This is a hybrid role, working2 days per week from our Bath or London Office.
