Job summary

Future plc is hiring for a Growth Analytics role in the UK, with hybrid Bath or London office work two days per week. You will lead the analytics agenda across our multi-brand subscription business, translating complex customer and financial data into commercial strategies.

You will work with Marketing, Finance, BI, and Strategy to optimize acquisition, retention, pricing, and profitability. You will build sophisticated models in Excel/Sheets, use SQL/BigQuery to uncover opportunities, and coach

Qualifications

• This role requires turning complex customer and financial data into strategy.
• Experience with subscription metrics and retention analysis is essential.
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical partners.
• Experience guiding and coaching analysts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage the analytics agenda across the multi-brand subscription business.
• Translate datasets into clear commercial strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, BI and Strategy teams to improve KPIs.
• Explore datasets daily using SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Build commercial models and track customer lifetime value and pricing.
• Mentor analysts to strengthen technical and strategic capabilities.
• Present narratives and recommendations to senior stakeholders in UK/US.
