Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Subsidence Claims Handler designed to manage a dedicated caseload with a strong emphasis on desk-top handling via digital tools. You will coordinate with Surveyors and other stakeholders to maintain smooth, efficient claims progression while delivering high-quality service.

The role offers flexible home working, a contributory pension, and a competitive salary. You will apply your subsidence expertise to meet client SLAs and KPIs in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced subsidence claims handler with excellent buildings/subsidence claims handling experience.
• Excellent understanding of insurance principles and policy wordings.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of subsidence claims.
• Carry out desk-top handling using digital solutions.
• Work closely with Surveyors, arranging instructions.
• Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure smooth claims progress.
• Provide high standard of customer service while applying subsidence expertise.
• Work to client SLA's and KPI's.

• - Are you an experienced Subsidence Claims Handler wanting the flexibility to work remote?

As an experienced Subsidence Claims Handler you will:

• - Manage your own caseload of subsidence claims
• - Carry out desk-top handling using digital solutions
• - Work closely with Surveyors arranging instructions
• - Liaise with all relevant parties ensuring the smooth management of the claims process
• - Provide a high standard of customer service
• - Utilise your exceptional technical expertise demonstrating your subsidence knowledge
• - Work to client SLA's and KPI's

About you:

• - An experienced Subsidence Claims handler with excellent Buildings/Subsidence claims handling experience
• - Insurance Principles knowledge
• - Exceptional communication skills and experience, verbal and written
• - The ability to work in a pressured and busy environment working to strict deadlines and timescales
• - Excellent IT/Systems experience with a high level of competency
• - Industry qualifications CertCILA/Cert CII, working towards or the desire to complete
