Job summary

Routes To Work South is seeking a Subcontract Coordinator to join a close-knit team responsible for managing our client’s subcontractors on-site in Blantyre. The role supports ongoing maintenance activities across Scotland with a focus on service quality and timely delivery.

You will coordinate visits, update CAFM platforms (Corrigo, eLogbooks, Maistro) and respond to enquiries while ensuring SLA/KPI compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and via email.
• Good Numeracy skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software; Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook etc.
• Highly detailed.
• Excellence in Customer Services.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritising key tasks.
• Team player – essential to integrate into a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractor maintenance and reactive visits to client sites.
• Manage and update client and CAFM system – Corrigo.
• Manage and update CAFM systems such as eLogbook’s, Maistro.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide excellent customer services.
• Ensure compliance with client SLA’s & KPI’s.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
