Routes To Work South is seeking a Subcontract Coordinator to join a close-knit team responsible for managing our client’s subcontractors on-site in Blantyre. The role supports ongoing maintenance activities across Scotland with a focus on service quality and timely delivery.
You will coordinate visits, update CAFM platforms (Corrigo, eLogbooks, Maistro) and respond to enquiries while ensuring SLA/KPI compliance in a fast-paced environment.

As a subcontract coordinator the successful candidate will join a close knit, well organised team who undertake the daily management of our client’s extensive range of specialist subcontractors. The role will require the individual to engage with a wide range of specialist subcontractors via phone, email to plan and effectively manage subcontractor work activities on client site in accordance with client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
