Job summary

Town and Country Housing is seeking a proactive and organised Sub-contractor Co-Ordinator to join our Repairs team. The role focuses on coordinating repairs, maintenance and project works, acting as the central point of contact for subcontractors, residents and internal teams.

You will allocate and schedule works to supply chain partners, monitor updates, manage communications, and maintain accurate records to support high standards of service and contractual performance.

Qualifications

• Proactive and organised individual to join the repairs team.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors is desirable.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sub-contractor Co-Ordinator to join our TCH Repairs team. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring repairs, maintenance and project works are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Acting as a central point of contact for subcontractors, operational teams and residents, you will help us provide an excellent customer experience while supporting the achievement of contractual performance targets and service standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Repairs Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for allocating and scheduling works to our supply chain partners, ensuring the right contractors are assigned to the right jobs with all the information they need to deliver successfully. You will monitor work order updates, manage subcontractor communications, support scaffolding requests and repairs, and maintain accurate records and databases. Working closely with internal teams, residents and contractors, you will help resolve queries and complaints, provide performance updates, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.
