Job summary

Corrigenda Ltd. is seeking a proactive Coordinator to provide administrative support across the Technical Services function, with a focus on subcontractor management and maintenance works progression.

You will liaise with engineers, managers, subcontractors and suppliers, track deltas and ensure timely progression of tasks while supporting scheduling, PPM coordination, CAFM data updates and operational coordination. This role requires strong organisation and independent working.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy coordination, administration or operational support role.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and follow-through with attention to detail.
• Confidence in chasing outstanding actions and communicating professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to use initiative, work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Competence with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams and willingness to learn new systems.
• Collaborative, practical and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors: maintain quotation details, obtain prices and supporting cost information.
• Monitor subcontractor attendance, progress and performance against SLAs; escalate delays.
• Review open orders, chase overdue actions and report stalled works.
• Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve queries and obtain documentation.
• Support subcontractors with training on Corrigenda's online portal and system updates.
• Upload and maintain subcontractor agreements in Planon; keep contact lists accurate.
• Maintain subcontractor DBS records and expiry info; address compliance gaps.
• Attend subcontractor meetings, take minutes, log actions and follow up.
