We're recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering major civils schemes in Maidstone. They're looking for an experienced Sub Agent to support the site team on a long-term freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and supervise engineers and subcontractors
• Ensure work is delivered to programme, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain site documentation, RAMS, and progress reports
• Work closely with the Agent and Project Manager to deliver key packages
• Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Section Engineer on civils projects
• Knowledge of earthworks, 278 works or General civils
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
