You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have experience in coastal or marine civil engineering, relevant certifications, and be available to start immediately.

• Experience in coastal or marine civils is essential.
• Must be available to start ASAP.
• Strong understanding of shoreline works required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Managing RAMS, permits, and daily briefings
• Ensuring programme, quality, and safety compliance
• Supporting marine and environmental constraints with precision

What Were Looking For

• Sub Agent / Senior Engineer experience on coastal or marine civils
• Strong grasp of revetment, rock armour, or similar shoreline works
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
• Confident communicator with a proactive site presence
• Available to start ASAP
