Role Summary
The Study Support Service Manager will assume a key leadership position in the Regional RDN (RRDN) Study Support Service, which will be seamlessly integrated within the national Study Support Service, serving as the cornerstone of the NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN), facilitating effective study delivery and enhancing strategic capacity and capability.

The role involves delivering critical services across a portfolio of specialties and settings, including pre-approval and post-approval services. The post-holder will develop a strong knowledge base within the portfolio, establish communities of practice, and collaborate with regional and national teams to improve and optimize study performance and delivery.
The team offers a positive, developmental environment and is involved in innovative healthcare research. The position is based in Truro, Plymouth, Exeter, or Taunton, with regular travel required.
