We currently offer the following position in the UK, which will be fully remote.

Senior Account Manager – Services

We are looking for driven individuals who are ready to bring their unique talents and perspectives to our ground-breaking projects on Service Solution Sales in our Energy+ markets.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Drive growth across the main Pall Service portfolio categories in the defined territory, including Mobile Rentals equipment, Service Plans, Maintenance Services & Spares Parts, and Professional & Scientific Services.
  2. Define and achieve value-add for both customer and Pall.
  3. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams regionally to enable service growth at the point of sale.
  4. Develop and expand new service solution growth areas.
  5. Provide ongoing customer support, addressing concerns, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

Territory:

  • UK-based, with occasional travel to Benelux and Scandinavia.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or an equivalent technical background in Refining and Petrochemical industries or related fields.
  • Multiple years of sales experience with a solid understanding of the Fuels & Chemical industry or related services.
  • Ability to travel approximately 60%, primarily within the UK, with occasional travel to Benelux and Scandinavia.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs; ability to learn new technologies and industry trends quickly.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in managing key accounts is beneficial.

Preferred Experience:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, MS Office (Excel), and PowerPoint.
