Job summary

Peloton Studios UK is seeking friendly, customer-service focused individuals to deliver an outstanding member journey in a fast-paced studio environment. You will welcome members, handle enquiries, assist with live productions, and ensure smooth check-ins and class occupancy.

Role involves on-site shifts including weekends, early mornings (5AM) and late evenings (10PM). Prior hospitality experience and strong communication are essential, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/hospitality
• Friendly and energetic demeanor
• Strong communication in person, email and phone
• Able to multitask in fast-paced settings
• Reliable and professional with computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of customer service to members and guests in the studio
• Address member feedback and queries professionally, in person or via email
• Assist with booking, cancelling and rescheduling live productions using TeamUp
• Conduct check-ins and enforce studio rules and waivers
• Manage class occupancy, standby and waitlists to fill live spots
• Support production teams with audience placement and studio energy
• Give studio tours and prepare swag bags for events
• Capture post-class moments and share photos with guests
• Celebrate member milestones and birthdays
