Jobs in Fitness in London seeks a Front of House Leader to run daily studio operations, greet members, resolve queries, and uphold high service standards across every shift. The role requires delivering an exceptional member experience from arrival to departure and leading by example in a fast-paced, people-focused studio.

You will manage shifts, assist with scheduling, support Health & Safety, coach the FOH team, and contribute to KPIs like member retention.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House or customer-facing teams.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for member experience.
• Ability to motivate and develop others, with clear communication.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead regular Front of House shifts and be the studio face.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from arrival to departure.
• Resolve member queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high Front of House standards on every shift.
• Lead by example with outstanding customer service.
• Support smooth daily studio operations and readiness.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and a safe environment.
• Drive KPIs like member satisfaction and retention.
• Coach FOH team and develop others.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
• Manage rota planning and act as Duty Manager when needed.
