  • Enrolling new students and managing course registrations.
  • Responding to student enquiries by email and phone.

  • Processing deferrals, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
  • Maintaining accurate student records and documentation.
  • Booking assessments and registering BSc students with the University.
  • Supporting reception and helping the department stay organised.

About the role:

As a Student Support Administrator, you’ll play an important part in making sure every student’s journey with CNM runs smoothly. You’ll handle a variety of administrative and service tasks, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and excellent communication throughout.

Your daily work will include:
  • Enrolling new students and managing course registrations
  • Responding to student enquiries by email and phone with professionalism and care
  • Assisting with course access, scheduling, and study changes
  • Processing deferrals, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
  • Maintaining accurate student records and documentation
  • Booking assessments and registering BSc students with the University
  • Supporting reception when needed and helping the department stay organised
