Job summary

Bradford College is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Front of House team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). You will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, delivering a warm, informative and efficient service at reception and in student-facing locations across the College.

You will handle queries, signpost to relevant teams, and log interactions while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy customer service environment is desirable.
• Proven ability to log and signpost queries accurately.
• Good keyboard/word processing skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for students, staff, visitors and enquirers.
• Provide warm, friendly and informative service at reception/One Stop Shop.
• Process queries, signpost appropriately, and log interactions.
• Log and process lost property.
• Ensure GDPR compliant data handling and accurate enrolment information.
• Issue student ID cards and manage visitor logging via software.
• Take bookings for meeting spaces and support conversions to application/enrolment.
