Bradford College invites applications for a part-time Customer Service Officer to join the Front of House team. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, delivering a warm, efficient service across reception and One Stop locations.
You will handle queries, signpost to guidance teams for financial support and manage visitor data with GDPR compliance. The role includes logging visitors and processing ID cards, with a focus on converting enquiries to enrolment.
Due to growth within the department and the opening of new buildings across the college, we now have a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated and friendly Front of House team as a Customer Service Officer.
The post holder will act as the first point of call for students, staff, enquirers and visitors at the College and will demonstrate excellent customer care, communication and organisational skills.
You will be responsible for providing a warm, friendly, informative and efficient service by processing queries effectively and signposting appropriately. The post holder will be expected to work directly with students and visitors at reception or within the One Stop Shop or other student-facing locations across the college.
Please note that this is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week. Please see below for details:
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 4:30pm
