Job summary

Bradford College is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Officer to join the Front of House team at our Bradford campus. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, delivering a warm and efficient service across reception, One Stop Shop and other student-facing locations.

Roles include handling enquiries, processing payments and signposting to guidance teams for financial support.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A*–C) or equivalent in Maths and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work with keyboards and basic IT tools.
• Experience in a busy customer service environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for students, staff, enquirers and visitors.
• Provide warm, informative and efficient service and log enquiries.
• Log and process lost property and manage visitor sign-in using management software.
• Ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Issue temporary and replacement student ID cards as required.
• Book meeting spaces and signpost to appropriate guidance teams for financial queries.
• Follow up queries to maximise conversions to applications/enrolments.
