Job summary

Homes for Students Ltd is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to deliver a warm welcome to students, provide reception and help desk support, and assist the operations team. You will handle inquiries by email, phone, and in person, support open days, intake days, and departures, and assist students and visitors to ensure a smooth experience.

The role is 37.33 hours per week on a 6-week rolling rota with evening or night shifts, designed to support a vibrant student community and uphold high

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and a helpful attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Team player with flexible approach.
• Experience in customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm meet and greet experience for students and visitors.
• Deliver reception and help desk support with professionalism.
• Handle inquiries via email, phone and in person.
• Support back-office operations and management on daily tasks.
• Assist open days, intake days and departures to ensure smooth experiences.
