Job summary

University of Southampton is seeking a proactive Student Life Adviser to be the first point of contact for visitors, prospective and current students, and staff. You will provide accurate information and guidance with a friendly, inclusive approach across in-person and digital channels.

You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Provide accurate information, advice and guidance to visitors, prospective and current students, and staff
