City of Bristol College is seeking customer service professionals to join our Student Services team. This varied role involves assisting students in person, by email or by phone and coordinating with accommodation, fees, money advice and well-being services.
We offer 2 open-ended positions and 2 fixed-term contracts (until Feb 2027 and April 2027) with full-time hours. Applicants should be energetic, adaptable and possess excellent people skills and customer-facing experience.
Student Services aims to provide a single first point-of-contact for student enquiries, enabling students to find the right answer to straightforward questions quickly and to access more in-depth help if they need it.
We are looking for customer service experts to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same.
You will be using a variety of technologies to manage student enquiries in person, by email or over the telephone. You will be liaising with a range of different teams across the University including student accommodation, fees, money advice and student well-being services.
We are looking for someone who is energetic and adaptable with great people skills. You will already have experience of a customer-facing role and be committed to supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds.
