Responsibilities

• Provide front-line advice and guidance to students through face-to-face and digital channels.
• Support students with appointments, referrals and access to specialist services, including distressed individuals.
• Manage enquiries, queues, maintain service information and handle routine admin tasks while collaborating across the University.
