We are seeking a Student Experience Development Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the student journey at a Russell Group institution, working within a collaborative environment where your ideas will make a tangible difference.
Reporting to our Student Experience Development Managers, and providing matrix-style supervision to our administrators, the Student Experience Development Supervisor will support the delivery of projects, student voice activities and engagement initiatives across the University.
Working in line with the University’s strategic plans and our student experience objectives, you will work to help shape and improve the experience of our students.
The successful candidate will work with students, academic partners and professional services colleagues in a range of different formats, such as formal meetings, workshops and one-on-one conversations. You will analyse data, feedback and insight to understand the views of our students and identify opportunities for improvement and service development.
As part of the Student Experience Directorate, you will also contribute to major University activities and events, such as Welcome and Graduation.
About you
You’ll be passionate about the experience of students and delivering real impactful change and ideally have experience within the education sector.
Organised and proactive, you’ll be able to manage competing priorities, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and use your initiative to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be able to engage with a range of stakeholders, from students to academic and professional services colleagues.
You’ll also have strong digital and IT skills.
