Job summary

Unite Group, through Unite Students, is seeking a Student Experience Team Member at Burnet Point. You’ll be the friendly face at reception, welcoming students, resolving issues quickly, and helping drive bookings while creating a warm, inclusive home.

You’ll work 37.5 hours a week, across 7 days on a rota, with a permanent contract and a salary of £27,300. You’ll collaborate with Resident Ambassadors, housekeeping and facilities to run vibrant community events and deliver great student

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming approach.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Clear communication and ability to answer student inquiries efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly front-of-house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to student feedback and guide them to the right support.
• Support sales through viewings, enquiries, and university events.
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents.
• Coordinate with day and night teams for seamless service and handovers.
• Support wellbeing and welfare matters and take proactive action when needed.
• Be a brand ambassador and uphold CARE principles.
