Unite Group, operating the Unite Students brand in London, is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to welcome students, resolve issues, and support community events across reception, housing and welfare.

You’ll work with teams to deliver a warm, safe environment, handle inquiries and organise viewings and events, while embodying CARE principles and helping drive bookings. No formal degree required; strong communication and customer service are key.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
