Job summary

Unite Group is seeking a friendly Student Experience Team Member for Unite Students brand at Moorfield. You will greet students, resolve issues, lead flat viewings, and help organise vibrant community events, ensuring a warm, safe environment they’re proud to call home.

You’ll work with a team across reception, facilities and ambassadors, delivering great customer service, coordinating with day and night staff, and supporting wellbeing and welfare matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality helps create welcoming experiences for students.
• Warm, approachable communication and efficient response to inquiries are essential.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to student feedback and guide them to support.
• Assist sales through viewings, inquiries, and events.
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for students to call home.
• Coordinate with day and night teams for seamless service.
