Unite Group is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in Sheffield to welcome students and ensure a warm, safe, and inclusive environment. You will engage with peers, housekeeping, and residents ambassadors to resolve issues, coordinate flat viewings and help organise vibrant community events.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, quick responses to feedback, and active involvement in wellbeing and safety while collaborating with day and night teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to create positive experiences for students.
• Be warm, caring, and approachable, with strong communication to answer inquiries efficiently.
• Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Providing a friendly front of house reception and building rapport with students.
• Responding quickly to student feedback and guiding them to the right support.
• Supporting sales through viewings, inquiries, and events.
• Helping deliver community-building events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, environment that students are proud to call home.
• Working with day and night teams to ensure seamless service and handovers.
• Supporting wellbeing or welfare matters and taking action when needed.
