Job summary

Commercial Real Estate Management Ltd is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in Sheffield. This permanent role is 15 hours per week, with 2 days out of 7, including weekends, on a 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm rotation. Salary is £10,600 plus bonus.

You will help deliver an outstanding resident experience and oversee daily operations for the property. You'll collaborate with wider teams to ensure a safe, welcoming environment, assist students as they settle in, resolve day-to-day issues and drive

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, accommodation or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional communicator who can adapt tone and language to the situation.
• Collaborative team player who works well with diverse stakeholders.

Student Experience Team Member

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £10,600 + bonus

As a Student Experience Team Member, you’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding resident experience and overseeing daily operations for your property. You’ll work closely with the wider teams, ensuring your property provides excellent service and maintains a safe, welcoming environment. Leading by example, you’ll support students as they settle into university life, resolve day-to-day issues, and drive operational efficiency to meet performance goals.

Your background

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Preferably, have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, accommodation, retail roles - but this isn’t essential. What’s most important is your ability to connect and act with integrity.
• Exceptional communicator who listens actively, conveys ideas clearly, and uses appropriate tone and language in all interactions.
• Collaborative team player who respects diversity and works well both independently and with various internal stakeholders.
