Job summary

MCR Property Group Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding resident experience and oversee daily operations at the property.

This role involves weekend shifts on a rotational 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm, 15 hours per week, permanent contract, with a salary of £10,600 plus bonus. You will work with wider teams to provide excellent service and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, accommodation, or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional communicator who conveys ideas clearly and uses appropriate language.

Student Experience Team Member

As a Student Experience Team Member, you’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding resident experience and overseeing daily operations for your property. You’ll work closely with the wider teams, ensuring your property provides excellent service and maintains a safe, welcoming environment. Leading by example, you’ll support students as they settle into university life, resolve day-to-day issues, and drive operational efficiency to meet performance goals.

Your background

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Preferably, have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, accommodation, retail roles - but this isn’t essential. What’s most important is your ability to connect and act with integrity.
• Exceptional communicator who listens actively, conveys ideas clearly, and uses appropriate tone and language in all interactions.
• Collaborative team player who respects diversity and works well both independently and with various internal stakeholders.
