Job summary

Chelmsford College is seeking a Learner Engagement Officer (Term Time) to support learner wellbeing, attendance and progression. Working within the Learner Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team, you will collaborate with curriculum staff, safeguarding colleagues, families and external agencies to identify and address barriers to learning and ensure learners receive the right support at the right time.
