Job summary

Craven College in Skipton, North Yorkshire, is seeking a committed Student Development Officer to join the Personal Development Team. You will help plan and deliver elements of the Personal Development Programme for students, providing coaching to individuals or small groups to support progression and wellbeing.

The role includes monitoring attendance and punctuality with the Curriculum Head of Department and other teams, maintaining accurate records, and supporting students across curriculum

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in a relevant subject and preferably teaching qualifications.
• GCSE English and Maths at Level 2 or willing to achieve.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver elements of the Personal Development Programme.
• Provide coaching to students individually or in class.
