Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a proactive Personal Development Coordinator to join our Student Support team at North Notts College, Worksop. You will design and lead a programme of enrichment activities and personal development sessions across campuses, working with students to identify needs and build employability skills.

The role demands collaboration, safeguarding awareness, and strong organisational ability, with opportunities for professional development in a supportive, trauma‑informed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in education sector environments.
• Proven ability to plan and run enrichment activities for young people.
• Ability to build partnerships with external organisations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cross-college enrichment activities and personal development sessions.
• Coordinate with external partners for guest speakers and workshops.
• Lead Student Voice initiatives and oversee student clubs and societies.
• Identify student barriers and connect learners with wellbeing and safeguarding support.
• Ensure events comply with health and safety requirements.
