University of Derby is seeking a Progress Coach to support learners across their educational journey in Derby (DE22 1GB). You will provide proactive pastoral, academic and wellbeing support, helping learners overcome barriers and reach their potential.

You will manage a caseload, monitor attendance and progress, and work with curriculum teams, Student Services, employer partners and families to coordinate effective support and foster positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum of Level 3. GCSE English Grade C/4+ (or equivalent) at Level 2.
• Level 2 Safeguarding qualification or willingness to work towards this.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of learners, monitor attendance, engagement and progress.
• Provide proactive pastoral, academic and wellbeing support to learners.
• Deliver high‑quality coaching, mentoring and tutoring activities.
