Qualifications

• Proven administrative and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage enquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).
• Comfort promoting university services and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, friendly enquiry service for students, staff and external enquirers across email, phone, live chat and in-person interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of student facing services and assist in promoting these services.
• Support student engagement initiatives and promote services.
• Perform administrative tasks related to Student Education Services and Wellbeing Services, including back-office functions.
• Contribute to events such as Open Days and Offer Holder Events, representing services.
