Qualifications

• Experience of managing casework and keeping accurate, confidential records.
• Demonstrable knowledge of issues impacting students in Higher Education.
• Experience line managing staff and fostering their development.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the advice centre provision.
