Job summary

Lancaster University’s Student Wellbeing Services on Bailrigg campus is seeking a Student Advice Support Team Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for students seeking information, guidance and advice on university life and support services.

The role offers both full-time and part-time contracts, with responsibilities spanning enquiry handling, service promotion, event support and general administration within the Student Education Services and Wellbeing Services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient enquiry service for students, staff, and external enquirers across multiple channels, including email, phone, live chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of the student facing services available at the university and assist in promoting these services.
  • Support student engagement initiatives and promote services.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to wider Student Education Services and Wellbeing Services, including back-office functions.
  • Contribute to events, such as Open Days and Offer Holder Events, representing services and promoting engagement.
