Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with estimating or tendering teams.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
• Commercial focus on margins and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activity from enquiry through to order.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and consultants.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across London and surrounding regions.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, and project delivery teams to develop solutions.
• Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximise profitability.
• Manage a pipeline and CRM reporting.
• Attend client meetings and industry events.
